Choose your order

Enter your order number or order number and your postal code and find your order.

You can find your order number in the order confirmation or on the invoice that you received by email.
Please use the postcode of your delivery address.

Bank details may be required for a refund

Select the items you want to return.

Return package

Hand in your package free of charge at a DHL branch. Print out the return label and stick it on the package. If you do not have a printer, you can show the QR code at your DHL branch
